Norristown Junk Removal

By |2012-08-24T05:32:46-07:00August 22nd, 2012|Uncategorized|

Odd but true, three houses right on the same street were emptied this past week by our truck teams. One was an estate cleanout and the other two were familes moving and we cleaned out their whole house. We had several trucks on the same street for three days in a row. Our junk disposal teams spent a lot of time in Norristown and King of Prussia areas this past week doing garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts, hot tub removals and house cleanouts. One of the days we worked thru the downpour of rain but were like the mail carriers, we must get the job done. If you got junk that needs one of our junk removal teams give us a call. We are available seven days a week.

Have we mentioned either Jenkintown or Elkins Park, Pa. of late? One of our trucks is parked right in-between these two communities and yet we never seem to mention the jobs we receive from those areas. Just last week and part of this week our residential junk disposal and junk removal teams completed several small and number of large projects. From simply removing several old couchs and old mattresses to cleaning out entire basements, garages and whole house cleanouts. Additionaly, our commercial team worked on several office cleanouts removing conference room tables and chairs, file cabinets, office furniture and office cubicles. Many of the offices we cleanout in these areas are usually a couple thousand square feet in total size. Those are pretty straight forward jobs. If your in the Elkins Park, Cheltenham, Glenside, Jenkintown area take note you will often see one of our junk removal trucks going thru […]

House Cleanouts & Estate Cleanouts

Often times we are asked what is the “average” cost for a house cleanout or estate cleanout. Along with this question is usually the size of the house (square feet) and perhaps the number of bedrooms that need junk removed. One thing for certain in our business is you can never judge how large a project is simply by standing outside the front door of the house. We can take a row house in Philly that is about the average size of thousands of row houses in the city and can remove as little as as 1/4 truck of junk disposal items or the record 21 trucks of junk from the exact same size house. Generally, it’s not the furniture within a home that takes up the most space in our trucks in a whole house cleanout or estate cleanout its all the rubbish and clutter that had been saved […]
